Personal data processed When you use the Application we may process identity and contact details provided via your ChatGPT account, usage and security data, prompts, uploaded content and chat history, property-search preferences (location, budget, property type, etc.) and technical logs. Purposes Data is processed to provide real-estate information and assistant services, respond to your requests, keep the service secure, debug and improve quality, comply with legal duties and protect our legitimate interests. Legal bases Processing relies on Article 5 of the Law: performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, the controller’s legitimate interests (without overriding your fundamental rights) and, where required, your explicit consent. Transfers Because the Application runs on ChatGPT infrastructure, conversation content and related technical data may be transferred to OpenAI, L.L.C. and its affiliates (including the United States) to perform the service. Transfers may also be made to suppliers, group companies and competent public authorities under Articles 8 and 9 of the Law. Please also review OpenAI’s own policies. Retention Personal data is stored for the periods required by law and by the processing purposes, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Your rights Under Article 11 of the Law you may request to learn whether your data is processed, obtain information, learn the purpose and third-party recipients, request correction or deletion, object to exclusively automated outcomes and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
